Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority. Mortgage Training Solutions, LLC pledges to retain your personal information for the purposes of reporting to the State for regulatory and compliance purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other entity.

Refund & Transfer Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 business days prior to the date of the seminar for a refund.  A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations.  No refund will be given if the cancellation falls within the period of 7 business days before the seminar.  No shows or notifications received the day of the seminar will result in the loss of the full registration fee, no exceptions.  

Individuals may pay a $25.00 transfer fee to switch to another course anytime before the start date of the course.  

Walk In Policy
Walk In students are welcome the day of class, subject to seating availability and an additional $20.00 charge.  Walk Ins must pay the course charge and the $20.00 additional fee in the form of cash or money order prior to the class start time.  No exceptions.

Course Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a class if there are not a sufficient number of paid registrations 3 days prior to the class date.  A course may be cancelled due to inclement weather.  In the event a course is cancelled, paid registrants will receive a 100% refund within 2 weeks of the cancellation.

Check Policy
There is a $30.00 fee for checks returned for any reason.  This amount includes any bank charges and services necessary to collect the debt.
