Charles Putnam is committed to lifelong learning and has been involved in continuous training throughout an illustrious career in the military.  During his military career, he held many positions in which he spearheaded various training units.  Since retiring from the military, he has continued that dedication to teaching through the Community College system as a counselor and adjunct faculty member.

Charles began his career in the mortgage industry in 1999 and is the co-owner of Premier Mortgage Services, a mortgage brokerage operation in Statesville, NC.  Charles is also a licensed real estate salesperson.

Charles is dedicated to training students in the ever changing mortgage industry, whether it is someone just beginning their career or a veteran of the industry needing to obtain continuing education credits.  He has taught mortgage related courses for both Davidson County and Central Piedmont Community Colleges, as well as foreign language and leadership seminars for private industry.

A native of Statesville, NC, Mr. Putnam has received degrees from the University of Maryland and the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
