George Heaton
Additional Information:
George Heaton has over twenty years experience in the mortgage industry. He is licensed in NC, VA, MD, DE and PA. He is presently a Manager for Capital Mortgage Finance Corp. in Henderson, NC.
George possesses a B.S. in Business Management and Finance from the University of Maryland. He has been instrumental in the start up of new branches, daily operations, along with hiring and training loan officers and support staff. He has worked closely with the real estate and builder community to originate residential mortgages.
George has taught continuing education for Century 21 Real Estate and other real estate offices. He has trained many new loan officers and is currently approved to teach pre-licensing and continuing education courses for North & South Carolina licensees.
